We record sign-in success and failure, session starts, pages and lists opened, review completions, watchlist changes and administrator account changes. Each record holds your account, a server timestamp, the event type and a short reference — never passwords, tokens or your full portfolio.
While a tab is visible and you have interacted in the last five minutes, a light heartbeat lets the admin see “recently active”. This is an estimate, not proof you are online or reviewing.
Routine activity analytics are kept for 90 days by default (admin-configurable). Security audit records are kept separately for longer. We do not collect precise location.
Your holdings are visible only to you. An administrator can view them only if you switch on coach view and grant access, which you can revoke at any time; grants are recorded.
